As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any order-related issues
Enter customer data and update account information in the system
Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on their orders
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and find appropriate solutions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
