    *Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills in customer service.

    *Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
    Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
    Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any order-related issues
    Enter customer data and update account information in the system
    Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
    Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on their orders
    Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and find appropriate solutions
    Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

    *Qualifications: - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
    • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
    • Ability to upsell products or services effectively
    • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates who can communicate effectively in Spanish are highly desirable
