    Job Summary:
    The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing outbound marketing programs that drive lead generation.

    Key responsibilities include creating content for print and digital efforts, end-to-end email marketing programs, SEO/SEM, CRM database management, website updates, project management, and reporting in the companys marketing team.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Create, write, & review content for both print and digital efforts

    Help manage email marketing programs, including list management best practices and segmentation

    Help analyze, review, and implement changes to websites for search engine optimization

    SEM campaign builds, optimizations, & management

    Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers

    Performs general administrative tasks as needed

    Help with placement of print and digital collateral

    including news and feature articles, executive communications, campaigns, events, social media, email, video scripts, and PR.

    Development and implementation of optimized web content across multiple brand properties.

    Help develop social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
    Work with outside vendors
    Maintain an ongoing list of projects and deadlines in teams
    Assist with daily tasks in support of all marketing department needs
    Assist with any other tasks outlined by the marketing team

    Required skills/Abilities:
    Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, retargeting, CRM, and marketing automation
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Driven and dynamic thinker
    Ability to jump into a fast-paced environment and help with any marketing needs
    Deadline and detail-oriented
    Great time management and organizational skills
    Content and Creative writing interests
    Creative thinking
    Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
    Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related course of study

    Expertise with database management

    Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite


    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
