About Us
Superdome Sports is a premier multi-sport complex focused on youth, community, and elite athletic programming. With multiple facilities and continued expansion, we are seeking a driven and organized Sales Associate to help manage and grow field rentals, tournaments, leagues, parties, and special events.
This role works directly with ownership to drive revenue and maximize facility usage across locations.
Position Overview
The Sales Associate will handle all inbound rental and event inquiries while proactively generating new business. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and a sales-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Respond to inbound rental and event inquiries (phone, email, website)
- Conduct outbound outreach to teams, leagues, trainers, schools, and corporate groups
- Generate new rental and event bookings across multiple facilities
- Upsell birthday parties, camps, clinics, and recurring rentals
- Track leads and bookings in internal systems
Booking & Scheduling
- Manage field and court scheduling
- Prepare pricing, contracts, and confirmations
- Coordinate deposits and payments
- Prevent scheduling conflicts and optimize facility usage
Event Support
- Assist with tournament and large event coordination
- Communicate setup and staffing needs with internal team
- Ensure smooth execution and professional customer experience
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, sports management, or event coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient with Google Workspace and basic scheduling systems
- Sales-minded and revenue-focused
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling high inquiry volume
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
