Pay is up to $80 per hour on a W2 employee.

Title: Business Systems Analyst

Duration 12 months

Location: Downtown San Jose

Objective:

We are in search of an experienced Business Systems Analyst to aid in the completion of critical IT projects.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated experience in delivering IT projects within mid-sized organizations, working alongside small IT teams (less than 10 people).

The candidate must possess technical expertise alongside academic project management knowledge.

The role requires active, hands-on involvement in Business Systems Analysis and project management, collaborating closely with IT staff to execute various projects, including but not limited to:

Replacement of Wi-Fi access points,

Implementation of new IT communication platform

Implementation of new ticket tracking solution.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in report writing and effective stakeholder communication.

Hands-on IT experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
