- Troubleshoot and provide support for print stations and supervisor stations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled IT equipment installations.
- Diagnose and resolve PC issues across the site.
- Ensure IT security compliance by following company policies and industry best practices.
- Provision, configure, and install workstations and administrative PCs.
- Assist the IT Admin in CMH and the Global Head of Infrastructure with server management, backups, installations, and updates.
- Perform network cable installations and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain IT support documentation.
- Monitor, organize, and manage IT inventory for the Phoenix site.
- Participate in U.S. and global IT meetings.
- Collaborate with Picanova Inc. and Picanova GmbH IT teams as required.
- Provide on-floor IT support to the Production Team when needed.
- 1-3 years of IT help desk or technical support experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and production-floor equipment (scanners, printers, labelers). Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, networking basics, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience supporting shift-based or high-volume operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
