- Technical instruction, demonstration of technique and skills, motivation, development of discipline testing and evaluation of athlete's performance related to area of strength and conditioning.
- On floor supervision of the weight training facility for safety, motivation, technique in program, adjustments relative to all student athletes who utilize the facility.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facility and equipment. Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an Auburn University graduate student and registered for classes during each academic term of the assistantship Expectations:
- Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified Certification (SCCC) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) required.
- Some evening and weekend hours required
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet established work deadlines Preferred Qualifications
- NSCA certified
