Job Overview :
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Healthcare Talent Specialist. This position is 100% onsite, located in the West loop of Chicago. This recruiter is responsible for sourcing, selection, and hiring processes. This is a contract to hire position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Responsibilities :
Assisting the HR Generalist- recruiting, job postings, job boards, job fairs, events, workers comp and performance management. Paylocity experience is a plus

Recruiting for:
Clinical supervisors, Case Managers, Counselors, outreach coordinators, IT, and administrative roles.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Graduate or undergraduate concentration in Human Resources, Business, Nursing or Behavioral Sciences.
ATS system experience strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent time and work load management skill, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meeting established deadlines.
