Responsibilities
- Using your genuine and authentic personality you will be responsible for the guest experience upon arrival and departure of all of our internal and external guest.
- Assist guest with luggage during arrival and departure, ensures luggage is delivered to the correct room.
- Makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
