    Job Description:

    As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in this role, you will work directly with students to provide speech and language therapy services to help improve communication skills. This is a full-time onsite position, and the specific caseload will be discussed during the interview process to ensure it aligns with your expertise and interests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide therapy to students to improve communication skills.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
    • Active Indiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
