    POSITION LOCATION
    This position is available to residents residing in Raleigh, North Carolina or Richmond, Virginia as hybrid/in-office applicants.


    YOUR ROLE

    As a Human Resources team member, you'll help create the culture and associate experience that enables and inspires us to do our best each day in serving our customers, communities, and each other—now and in the future.

    In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with senior leadership to design and maintain new and existing programs in direct support of business initiatives and strategic goals.

    As part of our Headquarters team, you will report to the Senior Manager of Compensation and will be the Compensation partner providing services to various business lines to include Enact and CareScout as well as our international teams.

    What you will be doing


    • Provide strategic advice on compensation related matters to senior leadership of the assigned client group(s)
    • Perform the annual compensation planning cycle along with ad hoc market analysis, benchmark studies and job evaluations for assigned client group(s)
    • Assist in Genworth's continued compliance of federal and state regulations, including FLSA, EEO, and pay equity testing
    • Complete on-going job architecture, pay structure review and governance reviews
    • Design and maintain sales incentive plans for assigned client group(s)
    • Participate in total rewards work as needed, including benefits administration and vendor management
    What you bring


    • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of compensation experience
    • Working knowledge of job pricing / market benchmarking practices, and US compliance practices (FLSA, OFCCP, etc.)
    • Experience administering annual merit/bonus planning processes
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence all levels of the organization
    • Experience in PayFactors/PayScale and Workday is a plus
