The Senior Accountant will be coordinating the accounting and auditing functions including preparation of the monthly financial reports,
reconciliations and variance analysis.
Duties include: taking lead position on general accounting operations managing the general ledger overseeing functions of member/tuition billing cash receipts accounts payable fund accounting ensuring timely closure and reconciliation of accounts for accurate and timely financial reporting including bank reconciliations variance analyses fund accounting dashboard reports as needed Annual Fund Capital Campaign restricted gift tracking reconciliation with development office maintaining pledge receivable schedule oversee accounting endowment balances maintain schedules performance keep net asset schedules temporarily permanently restricted funds
