    Job Description *

    An employer based in Roanoke, TX is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join their growing MSP organization. This person will be responsible for install, support, and maintain desktop software systems, and essentially work with all IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure. Daily, they will be working through and managing trouble tickets via the company's Autotask ticketing system.

    This is a small MSP company with a tight-knit attitude/aptitude first mentality. This is a permanent hire role posted at $70-80k as a base salary, with access to benefits and bonus plans as an internal employee.

    Required Skills and Experience *

    1-3 years working in a corporate IT-related fieldwork

    Experience with Microsoft Office 365 migrations, administrations, and maintenance

    2+ years troubleshooting and setting up end users in Microsoft Office 365

    2+ years troubleshooting computer, printer, and network hardware for advanced issues.
