As a Sales Associate you provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. Utilize effective selling techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. We are seeking a Creative Assistant to help manage our growing customer base.

You will report to our Creative Director, help manage large customer projects, be the liaison with various departments, and bring customer projects to a successful end.

You have an understanding of photography, some familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and a keen sense for aesthetic details.

The Senior Designer for Rugs and Poufs primary role is to design and develop the Flooring and Pouf assortment for West Elm.

This is an opportunity to grow a large and successful textiles business and drive innovation and incremental ideas to expand the business and maintain West Elm as a destination for decorating with Home Textiles.

In the Merchandise Coordinator role, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative group of team members.

The Merchandise Coordinator will provide support and coordination for the Associate Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories for all channels of sales.

We strive for operational excellence while developing best-in-class merchandising strategies each season. As a Sales Associate you provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. The Buyer of Decorative Accessories & Wall Dcor will lead the cross-functional team to deliver upon key area strategies with the support of an Assistant Buyer and Merchandise Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be able to leverage cross-functional relationships, organization, and follow through to deliver results and build both inspired and profitable assortments.

This person will have regular interactions with the senior leadership team including Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents across several departments and categories.

The Buyer driving this category will directly impact the overall results of the brand; this person will craft their creative and analytical skills, develop their ability to influence, and learn to drive a key growth vehicle for the company As a Sales Associate with Rejuvenation you provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service.
