    None Type of Travel: None * * * CACI is looking for a Scum Master to help the GROUPER development team learn Agile best practices.


    What You'll get to Do:

    You will help the GROUPER development team learn Agile best practices - coaching the team in Scrum/Kanban and Jira, and drive the Agile ceremonies and reporting.

    The Scrum Master will facilitate the Agile development process, while ensuring that our teams deliver quality solutions to meet the evolving needs and dynamic nature of the program.

    You will work daily with our customer and cross functional technical team to meet technical objectives as well facilitate adaptation of the Agile process in a constant pursuit of increasing efficiency.


    More About the Role:

    • Lead the Development Team in the daily Scrum.
    • Coach the Development Team on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to the Agile Management Plan. In coordination with the Government Product Owner, update the Agile Management Plan as necessary.
    • Administer and manage the project's Jira Kanban board, and work with the Government Product Owner and team Technical Lead to prioritize the Project Backlog. Ensure Jira Issues are sufficiently detailed for executing by the Development Team and the Ready Backlog is populated.
    • Orchestrate and lead the Review, Retrospective, and Planning meetings with the Development team and Government stakeholders. Provide reports of Jira metrics during Review meetings to demonstrate Velocity and adherence to the Plan.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • At least four years of being the Agile lead for Development teams.
    • At least two years of Jira administration
    • Demonstrated communication skills working with Government customers.
    • Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
    • 10 years of experience working with information technology systems, with software development teams, and/or in Agile project management
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work additional experience will also be considered.
    • Active TS//SCI clearance.

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

    • Agile Certification (Scrum Master, etc.)
    • Experience working with small teams in dynamic environments.
