    Job DescriptionVericast seeks an on-site Human Resources Manager at our Newark, Delaware manufacturing location.

    In this role, you will provide HR guidance, training and strategic partnership to our local manufacturing facility which comprises of 120 employees.

    Additionally, you will provide remote HR support to another regional location.

    Responsibilities will include, but not limited to performance management, talent management, employee relations, talent acquisition and staffing, compensation, benefits, HRIS, training and development, workers' compensation and EEO/AAP.

    On any given day, you may be responsible for:

    Employee Life Cycle:
    Supporting client group staffing needs by working with leaders on staffing strategy and partnering with the talent acquisition team to provide position requirements

    Training and Development:
    Partnering with Learning and Development and with client groups to determine training needs, develop and deliver corporate-sponsored, regulatory and other training/orientation programs

    Employee Relations:
    Proactively addressing and monitoring employee relations issues, drive engagement programs, and ensure consistent policy application

    Performance Management:
    Working with leaders to support the continuous performance management process to include activities such as talent review, succession planning, goal setting and annual reviews

    Administration, Compensation, and Benefits:
    Ensuring that procedural requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner while identifying and resolving process gaps.
    Executing compensation and total rewards programs.
    Monitoring and addressing EEO programs and completes special projects.


    Safety/Workers Compensation:
    Coordinating workers compensation process to minimize costs and improve performance.

    Supporting efforts to improve safety in the workplaceQualificationsEducation:
    Bachelor's degree or 5+ yrs Human Resources experience preferred

    Experience:

    • 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience
    • 3 years Supervisory experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to effectively influence others to adopt a course of action on critical, complex or sensitive information.
    Demonstrated competencies including influence management, collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
    Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Including Excel and required. Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills required.
    Extensive knowledge of employment law and regulations through education and/or experience.
    Strong personal credibility with demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with client groups.
    Understanding of the general purpose of the company's businesses and functional groups to best support corporate objectives.

    $75,000-$95,000Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program.

    The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
