    Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner in Bronx, NY
    Post-Acute Care

    TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity to grow your career as a rehabilitation nurse practitioner (NP) in a post-acute rehabilitation setting.

    You will work collaboratively with the primary care and rehab medicine team, physical, speech, and occupational therapist to enhance each patient stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.
