Job summary
You will work closely with the Guest Experience Team to create a fun environment for our guests.The Guest Experience Lead will assist the Guest Experience Leadership Team with the day-to-day operation of the Guest Experience Department while supporting front line staff to create memorable experiences for our guests.
This position will also facilitate animal touch experiences, perform scheduled and impromptu shows,
provide guest interactions with select animals that are memorable and engaging,
and facilitate the training of new team members.
