    Responsibilities

    • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
    • Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
    • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
    • Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
    • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
    • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home.
    • Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified.
    • Use technology to stay organized and prepare sales agreements.
