    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Main Implementation Officer, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical implementation and support to clients.

    You will lead a team of Implementation Engineers, guiding them as they embed with customers to deliver outstanding results.

    You will set and assess key performance metrics, making responsible decisions in ambiguous settings.

    With your expertise in national security, defense policy, and federal budgeting, you will apply your knowledge of Federal organizations and functions to drive software product use cases to target stakeholders.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and improvement in processes and technologies, while building and managing client relationships and leading execution teams and/or workstreams.

    If you are passionate about leading people and improving processes, with a proven ability to develop strategies and translate them into initiatives, then we would love to hear from you!

    We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, be strategic, and do the right thing for the business.

    Please note that this role requires a Top Secret Clearance, a Bachelors Degree or higher, and at least five years of experience in customer success, public sector consulting, advisory services, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or subscription-based tools, information services, or data analytics.

    We also prefer candidates with experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment, and a Masters Degree is desired but not required.
