    Position Summary

    The Data Analyst supports operations and conducts data analytics projects to provide information and insights to management for decision-making or solution development.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Interpret data and analyze the results using statistical techniques.

    Implement data standards and use automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources to transform data into usable metrics.

    Construct data sets, monitor data quality, troubleshoot, and resolve database issues to ensure data integrity.
    Utilize scripting and querying tools including Power BI to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.
    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
    Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
    The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, information management or statistics and/or two years of related experience. Proven work experience as a Data or Business Data Analyst. Strong knowledge of experience using Power BI. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
    Physical Demands
    Must be able to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time. May be required to lift 20 pounds occasionally. All the physical demands listed are essential functions.
