At PALFINGER, safety is more than a requirement; it is the foundation of everything we do. As our Health and Safety Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of safety programs that protect our teams working across a large fleet of mobile service trucks in diverse field environments.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of safety protocols for mobile service truck operations,
- Development and delivery of safety training for mobile service technicians covering DOT regulations,
- Leading investigations vehicle accidents injuries near misses document findings implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Ensure compliance with OSHA DOT EPA regulations regular audits monitoring Track report KPIs incident trends audit results training completion update recommendations leadership Qualifications Bachelor degree Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science related field Experience health and safety management preferably industrial fleet environments Strong knowledge OSHA regulations Experience incident tracking software Excellent communication leadership skills Certification CSP CHST OSHA 30 Familiarity heavy equipment industrial service operations GPS fleet tracking telematics systems Wellness program offered opportunity continuous learning career growth Paid holidays PTO company match medical dental vision life accidental death dismemberment insurance disability depending state
