P&L Management:
Previous management of a P&L of $20M+.
Growth Mindset:
Capability to grow the market to $50M with the development of green fields within the next 2 years.
Residential Services:
Experience in the residential services space (e.g., foundation repair, plumbing, HVAC, pest control) is preferred.
Process Implementation:
Ability to implement processes that drive growth and departmental alignment.
Sales Acumen:
Highly desirable sales acumen.
Service Titan Proficiency:
Experience with Service Titan is ideal.
Location:
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Liberty, MO.
