New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $249,728 to $355,092 annually. Salary Range represents total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay structure of base and bonus depends on experience and performance metrics. Compensation is influenced by factors such as education, experience, certifications, etc. Along with your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (eligibility requirements apply).
