Purchasing Agent

At Baudville Brands, we're seeking a driven and organized individual to support all aspects of custom quoting and purchasing. This role involves working closely with various teams to present unique product presentations, procure products efficiently, and maintain inventory levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support sales team by providing accurate quotes on goods, including presentations to end users.
• Develop and maintain purchasing plans, releasing purchase orders to replenish inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to consolidate shipments and reduce expediting expenses.
• Maintain Vendor Scorecard, holding vendors accountable for quality and delivery standards.
