Schedule: 24-29 hours per week, 11:00pm to 7:00am

Position Summary: The Overnight Residential Aide is responsible for providing overnight support and supervision to residents in a residential facility. They ensure the safety and security of the premises while promoting a supportive and therapeutic environment conducive to residents' well-being and recovery.
Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training in a related field preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience working in a residential or similar setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and effectively manage crisis situations. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
