- Wash and sanitize dishes
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and orderly
- Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Notify management of any broken or malfunctioning equipment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, up to 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude
