    Description

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Ideal candidates will possess:
    * a minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal and/or state court litigation, in employment litigation;
    * admission to the Federal Trial Bar (or eligible for admission to the Federal Trial Bar pursuant to LR83.11);
    * experience with jury trials and motion practice, preferably in employment litigation;
    * a previous high level of responsibility for handling complex employment litigation;
    * significant negotiation and settlement experience;
    * exceptional writing, research, and editing skills;
    * the ability to manage teams;
    * the ability to work well with others;
    * demonstrated history of exhibiting leadership and initiative on assigned tasks; and
    * the ability to organize, prioritize, monitor, and control workflow deadlines.

    Qualifications


    Graduation from an American Bar Association accredited law school with a Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligible for admission on motion to the Illinois Bar pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 705).
