Job description
Nurse Case Manager – Workers' Compensation (Phoenix Metro)Looking to step away from bedside care while still using your clinical expertise? Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work-related injuries — no hands-on treatment, no on-call, no weekends.
What You'll DoConduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
Build strong client and provider relationships

Independent, assessment-focused work
No on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
RN with ASN or higher
Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
Workers' Comp experience and Spanish a plus
Ability to travel within Phoenix metro (reliable transportation required)
