Job DescriptionSuccessful BSN/Licensed RN candidates will have experience in quality improvement, and/or project management, and/or implementation work.
We are looking for team players who can work with a diverse interprofessional team to drive Quality, improvement, and innovation in the Oncology service line

Education, Credentials, Licenses:
BSN. Licensed RN. Meets requirements for RN licensure in state where work is performed and obtains license within three months of employment.
Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of performance improvement activities and methodologies; Knowledge of Oncology programs and specific accreditation and regulatory guidelines; Ability to analyze and make improvement recommendations; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to lead and facilitate diverse groups across a system.
