Company Overview

Currently partnered with a large national Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing contractor (TOP 30 ENR) specializing in large scale industrial, healthcare and commercial construction projects.

They're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in multiple locations
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all Mechanical scope of work on the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptly
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Quality assurance
Mitigating risk via negotiations and contract reviews
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in HVAC/Sheet-Metal/Plumbing construction for large-scale projects
Experience working on projects over $20M in value
Strong knowledge of Plumbing/piping systems, HVAC and construction practices
Experience working on Commercial, Industrial, Hospitals/Healthcare and/or Process Piping projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with project management software and tools
