    The FORCE America Marketing Specialist role is responsible forthe design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Creating and implementing marketing programs to support specific product lines.
    • Maintain relationships with different teams including Product Management, eCommerce, Engineering and Sales to create and execute marketing initiatives.
    • Develop promotional materials for a variety of marketing channels to reflect the needs and goals of the different companies, divisions and campaigns.
    • Create and deliver press releases, company announcements, and other communication materials.
    • Create copy for internal and external channels including websites, literature and ads.
    • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
    • Assist in updating company website content across all brands, maintaining, consistent branding requirements.
    • Develop an understanding of the key value propositions of all the company and the individual manufacturing divisions.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 2-5 years of related Marketing experience.
    • Experience within mobile electronic and hydraulic markets preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics.
    • Working knowledge of a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
    • Strong communication skills including ability to present to large groups and ability to write copy.
    • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
