    Find out more at Follow us on LinkedIn. The Retail Construction Project Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of retail construction projects for Fluent Cannabis Care. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

    The Retail Construction Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress, and prepare status reports for the executive management team.

    - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification

    Job Requirements:

    techniques - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis - Develop comprehensive project plans and share them with the executive management team - Perform other related duties as assigned - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs - Proven working experience in project management - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Familiar with field concepts, best practices, and procedures - Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle - Budget development and tracking - Process Improvement - Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline - Excellent business judgment demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and strong project close-outs with client and subcontractor relationships in good standing - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful - Capacity to manage high-stress situations - Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience M
