Agency Underwriter and Portfolio Manager II Capital One's Multifamily Finance Team generates loans for its balance sheet and originates Fannie Mae Freddie Mac and FHA loans Responsibilities include navigating underwriting process identifying waivers risks associated with transactions providing analysis of Borrowers Guarantors on deals independently completing property inspections lease audits reviewing third party reports presenting narratives to managers higher level external exposure borrowers lender counsel overseeing due diligence process collaborating internal external participants partners meeting deadlines showing ability oversee train increase efficiency Analysts Senior Analysts reviewing work analyst senior analysts assisting on deals developing presenting ideas policy process improvements working special projects participating structuring deals manager production broadening product knowledge understanding Fannie Mae Freddie Mac products underwriting product types including fixed floating supplementals
Responsibilities
- Fully understands procedural aspect underwriting Agency multifamily loans application delivery accurately detailing stakeholders deal team
- Navigates problem solves deals through underwriting process minimal oversight
- Identifies waivers risks associated transactions provides mitigated recommendation discuss manager
- Provides analysis Borrowers Guarantors on deals organizational structures financial real estate schedule analysis < li > Independently complete property inspections lease audits conform Agency requirements < li > Reviews third party reports conform Agency requirements < / ul >
