Titan Motorsports, Inc. continues to grow, and as a result we have a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the Motorsports industry. We are looking for highly motivated individuals interested in becoming a part of our team. The position available for our location on 11370 Boggy Creek Rd, near Orlando International Airport. Compensation will be determined based on applicant's qualifications and will be discussed upon submission of resume.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

As a Custodian for Titan Motorsports, you will have the following responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all floors; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, etc.

Empty waste and recycle bins.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen.

Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and displays.

Replenish supplies or daily items.

Clean and wash windows when needed.

Change and maintain any building fixtures; lightings, A/C Filters, doorknobs/locks, etc.

Clean, keep tidy and keep outside grounds free of debris and trash.

Paint walls or fix walls if damaged.

**Position Requirements:**

Previous Custodial/Grounds Keeper experience is preferred but not required.

Lifting of 25+lbs will be required

Standing, Lifting, Stooping, or Sitting for long periods of time

Able to pass a background check

Able to pass a drug screening
