    Description

    Overview of Role: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative

    tasks to support the operations of their assigned division or partner(s).

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain filing systems and other general office duties.

    Screen calls at front desk when needed; establish oneself as point of contact with employees as

    well as business network.

    Provide support for pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries.

    Keep calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.

    Assist with client billing.

    Special projects and events as needed.

    Assisting with tax correspondence

    Manage day to day schedule and commitments of remote and/or in-office Executive(s), as

    needed

    Perform other administrative support functions and duties as assigned

    A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    1+ years of similar experience in a fully in-office capacity

    1+ years of experience with a multi-line phone system

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and clients.

    Well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Self-starter with ability to organize own work and meet deadlines while managing and

    prioritizing multiple tasks with little direction
