Manager of Corporate Accounting
We are a cloud-based real estate brokerage with offices across 15 states. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. This position requires handling accounts payable and receivable and demands a high level of precision and reliability. We need someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly payroll audits and issue paychecks
Assess a list of daily revenue activity to ensure accountability, balance general ledger accounts, and fix any discrepancies or problematic accounts
Increase profitability by evaluating balance sheets, income, expense accounts, and recommended adjustments while preserving accuracy
Produce monthly forecasts and annual budgets to assist the day-to-day accounting procedures and operations
Manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing, as well as manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and generate financial reports


Qualifications:
Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; degree in finance or related field is strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks
Exemplary communication skills, math skills, strong leadership skills, and customer service skills are vital
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
Strong familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Capability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks
Experience dealing with financial regulations and accounting procedures across multiple states preferred
