    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling Teleflora's suite of floral vases and containers to retail flower shops through B2B telephone sales.


    Responsibilities

    • Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, services, systems, and technology.
    • Work with the Inside Sales Supervisor & Inside Sales Coordinator to develop and execute effective selling skills and strategies.
    • Establish a daily operating rhythm characterized by making calls and meeting individual and team targets.
    • Exceed personal and team sales targets by effectively managing calls, call time, talk time, close rates, and units per sale.
    • Establish a high level of rapport and trust with Teleflora florists.
    • Provide regular feedback, recommendations, guidance, and sales & operations perspective to the IS Supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
    • 3+ years of experience selling in a call center and sales environment with proven phone & sales skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and very organized.
    • Best in class attitude with endless optimism, energy, and an open mind to tackle challenges.
    • Excellent and proven abilities in teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, and collaboration.
