    The Global CS team is focused on building reliable, localized yet globally relevant experiences that delight customers by resolving their issues quickly and with high accuracy.

    As a Senior Product Manager on the Global CS team, you will help shape the future vision for the CS product, reporting to the Director of Product.

    Oversee building the product experience when Remitly has to interact with our Global Disbursement partners to resolve issues in transactions
    use customer feedback, data analysis and market research to develop and deliver product features.
    Manage team OKRs in partnership with our engineering team, and manage cross-teams agreement.
    Balance delivery against development costs.
    6+ years of relevant experience in product management, or similar role. At least 3 years experience in building B2B customer relationship management (CRM) experiences.
    ~ across software engineering, UX design, UI and growth, with an understanding of how things work within those domains.
    ~ Experience working with engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs and you can sweat the details to understand the impacts of these tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects
    ~ You're excited to take on a variety of tasks to help your product and team be successful.
