- Coordinate for multiple departments the procuring, expediting, producing, and delivering material on time.
- Recommend procedures for specific situations that will maintain inventory accuracy and management.
- Find and correct root cause of material shortages.
- May provide recommendations for solutions.
- Utilize Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules.
- May include the processing of transactions for inbound/outbound materials.
- Audit material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance.
- Resolve inventory errors and expedite parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Work critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
- Implement the output from the engineering release and change management process.
- Ability to multitask and work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well/communicate and/or give direction with others (warehouse workers).
- Problem solving skills and ability to analyze data - i.e., PowerBi, Sharepoint, Power Apps.
- Computer savvy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.

Productive Resources ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in East Moline, Illinois. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will coordinate the flow of materials in multiple departments of the factory, which may include shipping and receiving. Ensure that the production personnel have the parts they need to produce the desired product(s). Oversee and ensure that the inventory is correct and on time and identify problems and make suggestions involving production schedules. Coordinate the activities for the tactical execution of a production plan within the factory. Work in larger and broader groups. May supervise or provide work direction to hourly material handlers, stock chasers, or truckers.
