    Job Summary

    • Under general supervision of Blood Bank Section Manager provides technical leadership.
    • Provides documentation recommendations for performance evaluations disciplinary action section employees.

    The primary analytic testing responsibilities will be in Chemistry Hematology Urinalysis section Laboratory Demonstrates professional work habits interpersonal skills Participates performance improvement evaluation new test methodologies instrumentation management laboratory data Correlates abnormal laboratory data pathologic states validity follow-up tests performed Teaches theory procedures educational methodology clinical laboratory science students Assists orientation training MLT CLT Non-registered MT CLS Registered MT CLS Employees The employee will have experience in Hospital laboratories strongly preferred Will require Bachelors Degree Medical Technologist MLS Medical Laboratory Scientist Three years experience accredited laboratory required Two years experience technical area preferred
