About the job Tax ManagerTax Managers are responsible for (but not limited to):Reviewing tax returns of varying complexitiesDelegating tax preparation and research to staff (as appropriate)Preparing complex business income tax returnsTax consulting and projectionsAssuming client service responsibilityDeveloping staff membersRequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting required; master's degree in taxation preferredCurrent CPA license required4 -7 years experience preparing corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns in a public accounting firmMinimum of one (1) year experience supervising and directing work of tax preparersExceptional Excel skillsProficiency with tax automation / workflow software is a plusConsultative approach and client service orientedExceptional and proactive communicator (verbal & written)Self-Directed, Autonomous, Ambitious#J-18808-Ljbffr
