KEVIN.MURPHY
is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Affiliate Marketing Specialist
to accelerate the growth of our affiliate programs across multiple channels. This pivotal role will oversee our publisher affiliate network, our proprietary salon affiliate network, and emerging creator-driven platforms.

You will be at the forefront of driving online revenue, expanding brand reach, and deepening relationships with salon partners and affiliate publishers. As the key owner of our Rakuten-powered program, you'll manage everything from campaign setup and partner recruitment to performance analysis and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with KEVIN.MURPHY's overall business objectives.
• Own the day-to-day management of Rakuten and TikTok affiliate programs, including campaign setup, tracking, and attribution.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across publisher networks, salons, and creator platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Social, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to supply affiliates with high-converting creative assets, trend-driven content, and compelling offers.

Salon Affiliate Network

• Lead the growth of KEVIN.MURPHY's proprietary salon affiliate program, aligning incentives with salon loyalty tiers
• Partner with Sales and Education to define eligibility criteria, commission structures, and tailored promotions.
• Provide salons with personalized marketing kits, creative assets, and seasonal promotions to drive affiliated ecommerce sales and elevate brand engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for salon affiliates—offering training, ongoing support, and sharing best practices to maximize their success.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Develop and scale the TikTok & Meta Affiliate Programs to foster high-performing creator collaborations.
• Seek out and nurture relationships with creators, beauty influencers, editors and performance-driven partners who align with the KEVIN.MURPHY brand.
• Design commission tiers, unique product bundles, and trend-based content briefs to inspire authentic and impactful creator campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor affiliate and campaign performance through Rakuten, TikTok, and internal analytics tools.
  • Conduct regular analysis of incrementality; ROI, conversion rates, and channel efficiency, making data-backed recommendations for optimization and continued growth.
• • Deliver detailed monthly and quarterly reports and suggestions, highlighting KPIs, incremental revenue impact, and opportunities for growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with eCommerce, Performance Marketing, and Global Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, timely payouts, and compliance.
• Work closely with the PR agency to align affiliate initiatives with editorial coverage, ensuring content and offers are integrated seamlessly across press features, digital placements, and creator activations.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities where affiliate marketing can amplify earned media exposure, enhance product storytelling, and drive measurable conversion from editorial mentions.
• Manage the relationship with Affiliate platform provider, serving as the key liaison for account performance, platform support, and new feature opportunities. Advise on service-level needs and ensure the partnership delivers optimal program efficiency and growth.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and affiliate best practices to keep KEVIN.MURPHY at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or performance marketing, with a strong grasp of Rakuten Advertising (required).
• Proven track record in recruiting affiliates, optimizing commission structures, and scaling programs to drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing internal affiliate or similar programs is a plus
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tracking technologies, attribution models, and creator monetization trends.
• Prior experience in beauty, haircare, or fashion is a plus, but not a requirement.
