- Process deposits, withdrawals and cash checks
- Examine checks and determine proper funds availability base don regulation requirements and complete Hold Notices prior to depositing
- Identify and/or question checks and currency for counterfeit possibilities
- Answer member inquiries regarding products and services, interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies
- Cross-sell or make necessary referrals on products and services
- Open new accounts as needed
- Accurately maintain and responsible for assigned cash drawer at all times
- Process cash advances
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous cash handling or sales experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong mathematical and alphabetizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Must have a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- $13.00 per hour
- Paid every Friday
- Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available
