    Job Description

    As an X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist), you are responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment. You will create images of patients' internal structures that physicians use to diagnose and monitor medical conditions.

    • Pre-Procedure Preparation:

    1. Review patient history and physician orders to determine appropriate X-ray procedure.

      • Prepare and check X-ray equipment ensuring it's functioning properly.
      • Explain X-ray procedure to patient ensuring they understand process and why it's needed.
      • Verify patient identity ensuring they have necessary paperwork including informed consent forms if needed.
