Job summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Billing QA Advisor. This role will involve investigating process inefficiencies ensuring system accuracy data integrity performing quality control analysis random quality assurance assessments developing monitoring applications remediation plans proactive tooling evaluating current processes systems to meet regulatory financial controls driven requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management Information Systems Finance Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of related experience.
