- Ensure coordination with necessary stakeholders (e.g., Cerner, VA OIT, EHRM-IO teams).
- Evaluate and manage technical projects in the area of Referral Management.
- Coordinate and support various meetings, create meeting minutes, track action items and follow up.
- Facilitate meetings and events between DCIO and VHA clinical teams.
- Maintain, add, and track team actions using project management methodology and standard collaboration tools (SharePoint).
- Support all program/project planning and milestone development, perform review of technical COAs and architecture diagrams.
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- Must have experience with Inner Facility Consultants
- Must have experience managing Information Technology related projects.
- Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress.
- Must be able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare IT, Computer science, electronics engineering, engineering or technical related field. 8 years additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
