- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Familiarity with food service industry practices and regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus.
