Job Description:
Seeking a nurse to join our team at Central Nebraska Kidney Care.

This position works under general supervision while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care required to meet the needs of the patient such as:
Performs complete patient assessment and communicates with the providersDocuments and maintains accurate nursing recordsAdministers medications according to the approved standards and physician ordersEngages patients and when appropriate family members in the plan of careOther duties as assignedPosition Requirements:


EDUCATION:
Associate Degree in Nursing required


Bachelor Degree preferredCERTIFICATES/LICENSES:
Current registered nurse (RN) license or Temporary permit from the State of NE required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) with a recommended renewal date required.
