    Position Description

    Responsible for full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, reviewing, screening, and referring applicants to hiring managers to interview.

    Responsibilities

    • Source and recruit for a wide variety of candidates - professional, clinical, non-clinical, skilled trades, and operations
    • Use a variety of search methods to source candidates and build robust candidate pipelines
    • Engage and maintain candidates in current pipelines
    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, and performing phone screenings
    • Stay knowledgeable of recruitment trends and best practices
    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
    • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand and deliver on hiring needs
    • Conduct employment reference checks when required
    • Completed daily and monthly reporting on recruiting activities
    • Develop job descriptions and requirements for job postings
    • Communicate company-related information to current and prospective employees
    • Promote the company's vision, mission, values, and culture
    • Manage the full cycle recruitment process - applicant to onboarding as a new hire
    • Determine appropriate sourcing strategies including posting jobs, database searches, networking, promoting job/profile pages, etc.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and applicant information in recruitment systems – ATS, HRIS, etc.
    • Attend job fairs, college career events, school/college classes, online job fairs, community networking events, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates
    • Build and maintain relationships with schools and colleges to source candidates and promote brand/company visibility
    • Verify candidate's licensure, certifications and/or registration through primary source
    • Prepare reports, correspondence, and department materials using a variety of office equipment and software programs
    • Send application documents to candidates for completion
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
    • One to two years of prior recruiting experience preferred; prior healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred
    • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
    • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
    • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
    • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation
    • Must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions independently
    • Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems preferred
    • Knowledge of CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn platforms preferred
    • Working knowledge of applicant screening techniques
    • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues preferred
    • Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change
