- Preferred Home Care Experience
- Helps develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
- Helps ensure client's rights are adhered to with high levels of professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality with staff/clients
- Acts as caregiver for clients who may require extensive assistance for some ADL's
- All other duties assigned by Agency Director
- Helps with Admissions of new clients to service
- Helps with 90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports
- Helps Maintain Infection Control Log
- Helps Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care
- Helps with Quarterly reports/PI reports
- Helps with Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's
- Helps with Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance
- Helps with (Electronic) Zoom assessments and visits
